Ready to Order?



Please read the following before you email me!

Misc. information :
First of all, I am not a store. I just an average collector with a few thousand cels & cards. ^^;;
Sometimes I have to cut down a collection or just raise capital for new cels & cards. This is the only reason I have things for sale. I do not buy anything with the intent to sell it, sometimes things just happen & it is time to part with some items! Please bear this in mind, I do try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Please be sure to email the address given below, not my "normal" email as I am on several mailing lists & may not see it if you mail me at my ryen address!

Shipping information :
Postal rates have gone up starting 30 June 2002! Click for new shipping & insurance rates for within the US. I do not charge any handling, etc. fees, only straight postage & insurance. All packages sent within the US go out with delivery confirmation (which I pay) - this is convenient to track on both sides.

I will ship within the US only. It is too expensive to ship outside of the US & it is almost impossible to track anything without paying 20.00$ - 25.00$ postage. I am sorry. I do make special arrangements sometimes, so if you are willing to pay EMS rates, please write that in the "comments" section of the order form, as well as your full shipping address. I do now accept bank transfers in US funds, as long as the full amount reaches me (with shipping). I will absorb the transfer fee as I do with paypal, etc.

Payment information :
I prefer postal money orders over everything else ^_^;; They are easy to cash at the post office & I can pay for postage to ship items out with them. I also accept credit cards via paypal or billpoint. I will also accept other money orders. I prefer not to use paypal or billpoint because they keep a percentage, however if you would like to pay by credit card, I do NOT charge you any fees to do so. I absorb all fees. I will no longer be accepting personal cheques. I prefer to ship cels as soon as possible after receiving payment & cheques have to be held for 7 - 10 business days. Plus my bank started charging me 10.00$ to cash cheques (PER cheque! :PP)

If you do this, please be sure to include the following information with your email :
1) Name & Address
2) Cel/order number & price
3) How you would like to pay

I have found out that people are less likely to cancel orders if I have a physical address for them, which is why I am now requiring it. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for people to get back to me after ordering items & never following up on them.

After I send a confirmation email with my address or payment information, your payment must be RECEIVED no later than 7 DAYS. If I do not receive payment within 7 days, I will place items back up for sale & write your name down on a little list (heehee). Exceptions must be emailed in advance of ordering. I am flexible, but only if I am given advance warning!
